Classical Ballet
We teach the Vaganova Method (Russian Syllabus) developed by Agrippina Vaganova (1879-1951). It is designed to create strong and agile dancers who express the traditional artistry of Classical Ballet through each exercise. The Vaganova Method was founded on the principle that its technique would enhance the artistic quality of the dancer while developing the strength and stamina needed to perform the demanding structure of Ballet. Injury prevention is built into every exercise allowing the dancers to experience stretching and strengthening in an active state.
